Although Japan Products are 100% Tested for Quality and reliability before dispatch but in an unfortunate event of failure following is the Warranty Policy of the Company:
- Faulty Product with any manufacturing fault will be replaced Free of Cost within a period of 6 Months from the date of Invoice. Replacement will be made against receipt of the faulty product only. All the related expenses including the transport cost to bring the faulty product to Jagan Lamps factory and taking back the Replaced Product will be borne by the Buyer.
- The design, specifications, drawing and any other parameter can be changed by the manufacturer without any notice.
- No transit breakages will be replaced.
- Any dispute will be settled in the Court of Jurisdiction at New Delhi, INDIA.
- The Warranty Policy is applicable for all supplies made from the factory of Jagan Lamps.
